Mindfulness Training Course for Learning and Experiencing how to Live The NOW! This is a Live On-Line, training class and it covers all the tools and deepest insights with an experiential tone to the whole evening.
From Home: This class is a Live On-Line, interactive class. Must register the first Wednesday of the month.. and send your email address to Bup Gong at [masked] so she can send the class link to you for each of the 4-5 Wednesdays. Details: A participant pays twenty dollars on PayPal (see link on first Wednesday of the month).
The day before the class (Tuesday), a link is emailed to everyone that is registered.
If you would like to try the link ahead of time just email me ([masked]) and let me know and I will try and be on at the same time to show you how it works and review to make sure it is seamless for you Wednesday Night. (No hiccups.) Participants will be able to see each other in the class if one logs in with their computer and has their cameras in working order.

At 7:45 we begin to play meditative music. Feel free to use this time for mediation. There is no talking whenever there is music, a talk, or meditation music being played. They are all audio, After the music, each participant is asked one at a time if they have any comments about their experience. (There is no requirement to talk any time and there is no cross-talk (one participant talking to another.) After individual comments are completed, we have a washroom break. After the washroom break, we listen to one or two deeper mindfulness teachings (audio) and then each person, one at a time gives their experience from the talk. Finally we listen to a guided meditation. If it is too long for you, make sure you are muted and just rest or whatever during the meditation time. After the guided meditation each participant will share their experience if they wish. After sharing the final meditation experience, the class becomes informal and participants can ask questions or make comments, (becomes interactive). The essence of this class is about learning and experiencing mindfulness and meditation.”
If one just wants to try it for the first 45 minutes to see if it is for him or her, by all means, that option is available. If one likes it, one can go for the full hour and a half.
