Our discussion will be led this Sunday June 17 by Shastri Debbie McCubbin, who, with her customary wisdom and humour, will discuss “What is meditation Really About? It can be Profound, Transformative and Radical –How and Why”
Debbie is a leading meditation and mindfulness teacher in our region as well as co-founder of our Richmond Hill Group five years ago.
Joining her will be her son, Daniel, who is a Meditation Guide and Course leader.
Meditation sitting is from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., and then we have tea and optional discussion which runs to about 8:45 p.m. For a longer practice the room is quiet from 7:00 p.m.
