Perhaps you’ve decided you wanted to learn to meditate, or you’ve tried it on your own but have difficulties or questions. We offer meditation instruction once a week on Sunday evenings in a welcoming environment with people of all levels. You can also find out about the variety of programs and opportunities for group meditation practice offered too. No need to register ahead of time, just show up!
Meditation sitting starts at 7:15 pm and goes until 7:45 pm, then tea and optional discussion which will go to around 8:45.
