Pilates4U provides a safe, comfortable and caring environment in which to learn about one’s body. Each participant will learn about, and benefit from, controlled therapeutic movements. These movements will contribute to overall fitness, as well as leading to a reduction in stress and pain.
Both mind and body will be engaged for physical and emotional development.
