Pilates Classes

Pilates4U provides a safe, comfortable and caring environment in which to learn about one’s body. Each participant will learn about, and benefit from, controlled therapeutic movements. These movements will contribute to overall fitness, as well as leading to a reduction in stress and pain.

Both mind and body will be engaged for physical and emotional development.

  • Increase muscle strength
  • Improve balance and posture
  • Develop mindfulness and mental awareness while engaged in physical activity
  • Participants of all ages are welcome
  • Small, friendly groups
  • Programs designed to address individual needs, abilities, and goals

Strength, energy, and confidence will develop with every visit to Pilates 4u.
