Therapist, Certified Relationship Counsellor, Group Therapy Facilitator
Rob practices a holistic approach to individual psychotherapy, relationship counselling, and group therapy. His approach is gentle, allowing for the creation of a “safe space” for his clients. His work with individuals is experiential, utilizing various modalities such as inner child work, voice-dialoguing, guided imagery, family sculpting, energetic work, and dream analysis. He is trained to work with client issues such as: addiction, abuse, divorce/separation, and depression.
Rob is also a certified Relationship Counsellor, and works with a variety of relationships: marriage/partners, parents and adult children, as well as relationships in the workplace. In his work with couples, he practices an “emotionally focused therapy” (EFT) approach. This therapeutic process allows partners to work through their own issues while learning how to listen to one another, and to respond, rather than react. Within this process couples learn to set realistic relationship goals.
In addition to his psychotherapy practice, Rob teaches courses in life skills and business practices for holistic practitioners.

Susanne brings her expertise in various disciplines to her therapy practice. She helps her clients access their feelings by creating a safe and nurturing environment for them. This allows her clients to open up to the therapeutic process, allowing for change and transformation to take place.
Susanne uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as inner child work, as well as family sculpting, and dream analysis. She helps people work through grief and loss, depression and anxiety, abuse, divorce and separation.
Susanne believes that we can become disconnected from our authentic self, and through our inner work, we can eventually heal ourselves. Ultimately, this helps us to live a more vibrant life.
